Products Description
     Liquid flows through the turbine housing causing an internal rotor to spin. As the rotor spins, an electrical signal is generated in the pickup coil. This signal is converted into engineering units (liters, cubic meters, gallons etc.) on the local display where is applicable. Optional accessory modules can be used to export the signal to other equipment. This type flowmeter is mainly used for liquid which don’t corrode with SS304, SS316, Al2O3, 2Cr13. And the liquid is clean no fiber, no particles. When connect with other indicating instrument, can realize definite quantity control and over flow alarm.
 
     Turbine meters are simple to operate and maintain, and in service worldwide as a reliable, cost-effective method for achieving accurate flow measurement. Turbine flow meters are designed to maximize throughout and minimize pressure drop, maintain high flow rates over an extended flow range and offer pulse output that is linear to the flow rate. The turbine meters also minimize fiscal measurement uncertainty by delivering high-frequency pulse resolution to account for minute increments of the flow rate.
 
Advantages of using Turbine Flow meters :
     1. Suitable for both liquid & also gas flow measurement.
         Turbine Flowmeters can be manufactured with different bearing designs which make then suitable for lubricating & non-lubricating liquids & also those of low to medium Viscosity & also dry Gasses.

         A Turbine flowmeter can be installed in both vertical & horizontal orientations.
     4. Wide range of pipe sizes & end connections.
         Our Turbine meters can be supplied with a wide range of different end connections. The standard is a BSPP male thread. Other examples are flanged Ansi or din, NPT, JIC. Tri-clamp, RJT, din 11851 etc. It really is a case of whatever type of connection you require, we can machine it for you.
     5. Low Pressure drop.
         The construction of a Turbine flowmeter allows for a very low Pressure drop, typically around 200-500 mbar.
